Car-net app issues

The last couple of days I'm having major problems with the Car-net Android app. When I first launch it, it is taking forever before it asks me for the pin. And then after I enter the pin it tries to connect for too long then I get the following error: "We're Sorry Something went wrong and we're working to resolve the issue. Please try again later."

Is anyone else having this problem?

I did notice today that if I leave my doors open or unlocked I will get a notification on my phone, so that is working. But I just can't get into the app to do anything.
 
Logging out of my Car-net app account and back in looks to have resolved the issue I was having. It took a few tries to log out because of the problem itself, but when I finally logged out I had no trouble logging back in and everything was back to normal.

Just wanted to post an update for anyone who might experience this problem in the future and finds this thread.
