2017 Driving data issue

Hi, I purchased my 2017 e-Golf in December and last week the extended period driving data reset and now every time I use the car the since charge driving data resets to 0 whether it has been charged or not. This makes it very difficult to see how many miles I get out of a charge! Has anyone else seen this, do I need to reset the system?

Hi.

No the 'since charge' data resets to 0 every time I start a new journey. It mimics the 'since start' data!
 
The inconsistent reset of the Since Charge statistics is a known issue with the 2017, at least for the Canadian models. VW has yet to provide a fix.

You have a Canadian or American unit?

Yes, I have a US unit! I am guessing they are the same.
