Charging problem on a E-Golf 2015

Hello.
My car has been on service because it will not charge.
Starting to charge but ending right afterwards. This happens often and I have to restart loading.
In the past, it will not change at all.
The supplier says there is nothing wrong with the car.

Someone who has had the same problem?
I have a 2015 e-Golf

What kind of charger?

Where is the ("supplier") dealer?

There were delayed timer charge issues with 2015s and Clipper Creek (and maybe other) EVSEs. Ours was repaired under warranty for that by the VW dealer we bought the car from a couple weeks after we bought it used last November.

You may need to escalate to VW Customer Care to prod the service dept, especially if they are not well versed in working on e-Golfs.
