Preheating can only be programmed in the car e-manager.

On a side note, how long does heated windshield take to melt snow and ice? Within 5to10 minutes? I think mine is defective.

In case anyone is curious about the heated windshield like I was. I ran another test and it worked. Took 5-6 minutes to completely melt frost windshield at -10C. Nice feature for cold climates!
