AC not charging

It is minus 15C and we only have one DC charger (Charge Point) in town on a 90km radius that does not work now. I used it before with no problems.
The e-Golf does not draw any energy from any AC free chargers (the same Charge Point) in town; however it works at home using the AC charger in my garage. I just had to turn off the heat to reach home. Not funny.
I am not sure if it is related to the Charge Point, the cold weather or the car.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

If you are able to charge at home on AC, my guess is a broken Chargepoint station.
