It did not use 33 miles of battery! It recalculated and decided you can drive for 61 miles based on the 18 miles drive. So, before, it estimated 94. Now it estimated 61+18=79. It really meant your driving mpg dropped about (94 -79)/94 = 16%, which can be simply the result of freeway driving...

Why would you do the 3rd service at all? Return the car and let them deal with the 3rd service.

Isn't that instant fuel consumption? If you are driving downhill or slowing down, the numbers aren't that surprising. People inevitably let the foot off the paddle a little bit when operating the buttons.

Be careful with the terms they use for lease. "Down" normally does not include fees taxes etc, nor does monthly. Also, with rebates for EV, it is difficult to know which one counted which in. It is best to ask about "drive-off" and "monthly including tax" to compare apple to apple.

I agree that the GCC is the only variable. However, that also means one can negotiate strictly over the total lease payment (drive-off + monthly x 35). The money factor is close to 0, so the total lease payment is pretty constant regardless the down payment you want to put in.
