I found this email address not any more helpful than the carnet customer care number. Here is an example:
i had a few attempts at talking to 877-820-2290 about the delayed charge issue, but i found the people there to be of not much help. It seems these issues need to be brought up to a higher...
Did you turn off (disabled) any and all of the delayed start times (3) on carnet? Is the instant charge LED (top one) on the charge terminal of the e-Golf lit before you plug in?
What happens for me is that when i fist plug in, the Versicharge starts charging immediately. Then i set the delay...
I have a Versicharge and am very happy with it. (see my other post here about my bad experience with the Bosch PowerMax). The delay feature on the VersiCharge seems to work ok for me. I can check again in the next few days but i think i tried the maximum delay time (8?).

I am using the Siemens Versicharge with my e-Golf (replaced a dead Bosch PowerMax) and it works great with both the e-Golf's built in (CarNet) delay as well as with the charger's delay functions.
When i first got my e-Golf i purchased the Bosch PowerMax on Amazon and installed it myself. All in the total cost was ~$600. After 3 charges the Bosch charger died and i returned it to Amazon for a full refund. Then i did some research and found that this is a common problem with the Bosch as...
I would also love to know how to do this.
I prefer to always drive at highest recuperation level as i like the feel better (similar to BMW i3). Always driving on "B" is probable;y not a good idea so setting the default D+ ;even would be great. I had hoped it is stored in memory with the...
