Good Body shop for e-Golf in bay area?

Thanks for the suggestions people. I eventually ended up giving it to a body shop in newark who i'd worked with previously and turned out to be on the volkswagon list of body shops as well. This stuff is expensive!

    Is this a good deal?

One option is to lease one now and then buy it when the lease ends. Generally 30 month lease deals for e-golf SEL go for around 8k total (sunnyvale vw seem to be giving them away for around 7k currently) with a residual of 12-13k.

New 30 month Lease of 2016 SEL Premium From Sunnyvale VW

Sunnyvale VW seem to have a VW challenge of some sort and are looking to move 200 e-golfs over the next month. That is probably the reason for these deals. I'm pretty close to sealing a similar one myself.

    just leased...

Congratulations, this looks like a great deal. I'm looking to get SEL too, few questions for you 1) How did you manage to get the fees down to 1480? I have been quoted 2400 universally. Did you opt out of any services or just negotiated it down? 2) How much are you being quoted for insurance...

Good Deal? 2500 down + 104 per month

That, good sir, is validation for my thoughts. I'm pretty sold on Bolt over golf at this point unless e-golf comes at clearance firesale price. In your opinion, what would be worth the money price for e-golf SEL today? Maybe.. :? I got the quote on email. 0 drive off and 35 payments of 257...

Good Deal? 2500 down + 104 per month

Hmm, think you're right, maybe its wishful thinking to think about sub 200 deals. But I know of a work collegue who put 3800 as drive off and has 89 per month for SEL. He got this deal in november. And I could've sworn i've seen a better deal on this sub. But those posts were all about 6-12...

Good Deal? 2500 down + 104 per month

Thanks a lot for the replies guys. Apologies for the rather hasty post.. When I called VW Hayward I was quoted $2500 down for the SEL. And 2400 drive off fees is pretty much understood for egolf. I have no idea why the fees are so high just for the egolf. For perspective Bolt's drive off fees...

Good Deal? 2500 down + 104 per month

Team VW at Hayward has this lease deal for the SEL. 2500 down and 104 (plus tax) per month for 30 months and 10k miles. Advertised deal is 89 per month for $7500 but they quoted $15 more per month for 10k miles. All the VW dealers in bay area seem to attach a approx 2400 additional for tax +...

Just leased a white2016 e-Golf SEL w Drivers Assistance Pack

Congratulations man. I'm mulling over getting an SEL too, been following it for a while. Would you mind posting your lease details? Best I see right now is 2500 (down) + 2400 (tax, reg etc) + 89 per month for 30 months. I'm wondering if this is a good time to pull the trigger.
