After a couple of visits and a 2 weeks total in the shop, the noise and vibration issues is finally resolved ! VW replaced the secondary water pump (for the heat pump) and the entire rack and pinion assembly. kudos to NW NA especially when the dealership insisted the problem is "normal".

Update: the tech was able to reproduce the steering wheel vibration and diagnose the problem to one of the heat pump 2 water pumps. Supposed the 'return' pump is making all the noise and vibration. Parts ordered and they will replace the pump when the parts arrived. I'm really hoping this will...

My 16 SE sometimes the rear camera display will not show. I get a blank screen when i put into reverse. It only happens like 2-3 times in almost 3-years. I can live with that. :)
