    Hopping wipers

I originally purchased my 2019 e-Golf in May of this year. Since then, I obviously haven't had to use the wipers much. More recently, we've been getting a lot more rain, and the wipers have been hopping across the windshield. First I tried replacing the blades with some expensive Bosch units...

    2019 issues

My understanding is the level 2 charger on the e-Golf is limited to 30amps. So a Juicebox or Clippercreek or XXX 32 or 40 or 50 amp station will all take the same amount of time to charge the car.

You're still under warranty. Time for a trip to the dealer.

    2019 issues

$22,750 is a really good price. I don't think further negotiation is necessary. No issues with our 2019 SE so far. But we've only had it for a month or so. We ended up buying the Clippercreek HCS-40P for our level 2 charging. Mainly because we didn't need any of the bells and whistles offered...

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

    Is there a trip odometer?

My 2019 e-Golf SE owner's manual says it has a trip odometer. It also tells how to use the "oo" button in the center of the dash to reset it. I noticed that the trip odometer displays for a VERY short time on start-up. Can someone describe the steps to display the trip odometer? I'd like to be...

Lease Support & Purchase Support Incentives from VW

I think VW has their "Sign then Drive" lease program going on right now. I was quoted $249/mo for 36 mos with $3k down. About $11k residual. I opted for the purchase deal instead. I got the car for $21,990 plus T&L&Fees, and after tax credits and state rebates, my final cost will be just under...

    golf inventory

Nah....dealers don't make mistakes when it comes to pricing a car. That said, I'm a bit surprised they dismissed you so easily. Maybe it was because I negotiated the price in person? I showed up at the dealership a couple times, so they knew I was serious. Maybe because I've bought cars there...

I'm not Craig. Craig is the sales guy at the dealership. I don't know how many they have in stock. They had six on the lot. But they park some of their inventory off-campus.

    golf inventory

I'm in the Portland area, and bought my new 2019 e-Golf SE today from Armstrong VW. I got a white one with the driver assist package. I paid $21,990 plus .5% Oregon new car tax ($110) plus title and registration fees. The low price was based on financing through VW Credit at 4.9% (I have a tier...
