charging problem. only 1.7kw

Egolf 2019 100kw.
last two weeks i have problem with charging.
My home wallbox only charges 3.6 amps per phase (total 1,7kw).
Same thing on the charging station at work. charging to 100% takes approx. 17 hours.
Previously charge 7.2kw.
The charger current limit set to max
I have no idea what could have happened.

Try resetting your battery charging related settings in your MIB, I had to do the same last time after dealer service. I think e-manager is a bit buggy, applying changes sometimes doesn't do anything.
