Re: Not charging- yellow light

Last thing I can think of is to check the maximum charge setting in emanager and make sure it wasn't set to a low value. Hopefully someone with more eGolf experience will have some other ideas as well. Good luck and glad you have the warranty!

Re: Not charging- yellow light

Bummer. You're using the Level 1 charger that comes with the car? There are status lights on charging cable control that may give you some more clues if you refer to the troubleshooting section in the owners manual.

Re: Not charging- yellow light

And you're sure it's fully plugged-in to the car? You should hear it click into place. I'm now recalling one time shortly after I got my car and I couldn't get it to start charging, and this was the reason why.

Re: Not charging- yellow light

Did you try pressing the top button below the light? Also check emanager and unselect any departure times.

Re: Need new tires...

I'm in Portland, OR and the rainy season is here. I've been wondering how these low rolling resistance tires would perform on wet roads. And where I live, it's hilly and the roads are twisty. I haven't noticed any traction issues so far. That said, I drive fairly conservatively, especially when cond...

Re: CarNet issues

From all I've read about CarNet, I have zero interest - especially given the price. But as a previous poster noted, I'd love the ability to do basic things like check range, preheat, etc, via app. With my car at home in the garage, I should be able to do this (for free) over wifi. I could see a paid...

Re: ventilation work around enroute

I've wondered how to do this (didn't think it was possible). But haven't been successful when following these instructions. Has anyone else? Perhaps I'm not doing it right...

Re: Loud thunk when going from R to P

I've experienced this just a few times myself. Always when going from R into P. I've tried the suggestion from JoulesThief (engage parking brake before shifting into P). Also being mindful about not throwing it into P the second the car stops reversing. The issue has not recurred, but there hasn't b...
