For our 2019 e-Golf, I would like to obtain a steel wheel for a spare, preferably one that would be suitable as a driving tire.
Searching various sources leads me to confusion as to part number.
I find these options among others –
5Q0-601-027-BG-03C listed as "16, w/ e-Golf" at $139 (MSRP $215)
5Q0-601-027-BT-03C listed for Arteon at $83 or $56+shipping
5C0-601-027-C-03C "fits your vehicle" at $51.11+ shipping
Big differences in cost!
Are these wheels really different, or do all fit the e-Golf, and the Ecopia EP422 Plus 205/55 R16 91H tires ? [ Rim = 6.5jx16 ET46 ]
We are concerned for any possible differences in offset dimension or valve stem hole, etc.
Also, I see 2 different "Spare Tire Bolt"s – 99 mm 5G0803899, and 127 mm 5Q0803899.
Which fits the full size wheel & tire? I suspect that the 99mm may be for the temporary mini-spare?
And, what is recommended for the valve stem? Options vs VW's expensive one?
Can local tire shop provide a suitable pressure sensor?
Any issue with driving with plain old valve stem?
