Does e-manager warm the batteries as well as the cockpit?

I can't seem to find anything specific documented, so I suspect the answer is no. But does e-manager also warm the lithium batteries in addition to the cockpit? It should. When I leave for work at 7:45 in the morning on a freezing cold winter day, I'd like both the cockpit and the batteries to be ready for me, rather than sapping my charge en route.

No. The e-golf has neither active battery cooling nor heating. Look under the hood - you will see only orange electrical wires going into the battery pack- there are no coolant lines. If you charge the battery, you will warm it up due to joule heating.

Never thought to sous vide the battery...
