No "since start" data available

I am trying to fix a problem with Car-Net phone app
All Other screens seem to work, but "Remote" -> "Driving Data"
Never gets any info.
Locking, unlocking, flashing the lights, miles left, status of the windows, doors, etc has no problems.

But the "driving data", only shows dashes instead of data in the different fields, and Always says "No since start data available"...

I have called the service on the phone several times, but they seem clueless

Suddenly it started working. I suppose they did some setting or resetting of my account from the Car-Net computer center
It took them about a week, but in fairness, they fixed the problem...
