Is it possible to actually buy Car-Net services?

Have anyone successfully bought the Car-net service?
In Europe its free for one year, but when trying to buy the service, it seems the system for actually buying it is not up and running..
I have registered my car, Km (milage) and VIN was approved, but could not buy the service since it is not online at all...

My understanding is that its included for 6 months (free), after that period you'll start to be charged every year (or per month, your choice). Signing up was fairly easy, touched the "i" button, spoke to a person, registered, went online to sign some agreement and that was it...it works.

Important to point out, several of the cool app/online tools are still available after 6 months, just not the speak to person or emergency button services.
