My voice is not being recognized by Car Play when I plug in my IPhone. Siri doesn't hear me and no one can hear me when I make a call. However, the IPhone works fine when it's not connected to Car Play. I just downloaded 9.3.3 and it still doesn't work. Is this a microphone issue in the car? Suggestions??

Pair it and use bluetooth for phone calls.
