VW Car-Net Owner Satisfaction Survey

Received an email with a SurveyMonkey link today.

Looks like they're pretty much asking the right questions, however, there were only a couple of non-multiple choice opportunities, so I had to cram a lot of specific feedback/explanation in where I could.

I have to say that the last half dozen or so demographic questions irked me, as they really should be focusing on fixing the problems that they've stuck us all with, not marketing data or bs corporate analytics.

Hopefully this survey went out to all eGolf owners?

I got one. They got an earful from me too! I haven't given someone scores that low on a survey in a long time!

Same here. Did it yesterday. If someone is shocked at the responses, then they failed to stay in the loop with their customer service dept.

We got one and VW has the car back......gave them earful too, they must be deaf by now. Hopefully someone else is listening.
