Yes, i've seen this too. I've had 12 resets since I got the car. Odo is at 4700 miles. Not sure what causes it and I don't really see a pattern. Sometimes it goes for as little as 3 miles. Sometimes as much as 2300 miles.

Yes, car-net departure charging works fine with Juicebox.

I'm using a Juicebox-30(it's a very basic charger, no TOU function or cool wifi stuff) and confirm it works with e-Golf departure charge. I did take my car in to the dealer to have TSB done.

Hmm, your sequence sounds ok. I've charged at many chargepoint stations and light starts to pulsate green about a second after pressing the immediate charge button. Might be that station is bad? Have you tried other chargepoint stations?

Is the lower button(delay mode) by charge port lit? If so, you need to press the top button(immediate mode) after plugging in. Pressing it before plugging in should also work.
