For any Egolf over 3 years old ( out of warranty), you should have replaced the solenoid lock of the charger door, because sure you will be get it stuck unable to open soon, special if you part out side a lot of time ( on work or home). The part and labor to replace it : part $30, labor 1 hour...

Even the MAX windshield switch will turn on it, but the controller will determine on or not depending temperature and humidity . So chance may be nothing wrong, it's seemly not on because high temp. or low humidity.

What was battery level when you started charging & end of charge level?. Try charge the Egolf at other charger, like level 1 or level 2 puplic charger to see if it's the same. If OK by other chargers, chance is your charger has problem.

That is the way Egolf 2018 works on pre-aircondition .( or at least my 2018 experiences in Canada) Doesn't matter how you set or want, 15 minutes before the preset time, the heat pump will work, bring the inside temperature to 22 oC. Both on summer ( cool down) or winter ( heat up).

It look like all Egolf some time got that problem, but seemly only by home L2 charger, not public charger. By experiences, do not panic, lock the car , wait a minute, then unlock, it will release the charger. You may do it more than once. :roll:

Any body have changed/adjusted the speed in Lane departure assistance ? By default it works from 63 kmh ( 40 mph) or higher, any one have changed/ reduced to lower ?, say to 50-55 kms by VCDS or other tool?

Egolf16 was right, when we drive forward to 20 kmh, the mirror goes up. Also if you rurn off the car, it turns up too. The Carista does good job. All features, function read write are correct.

After used Carista to set up passenger mirror dips when reverse, the mirror doesn't go up when drive forward. Only goes up if I turn the mirror switch to " Off" position, or after turn the car off & On agian. Any body have the same problem? . If you don't , please tell me how to set up in...

I bought the TUXMAT at January. Very good though the winter. Still use as 4 season. Feel & look nice. I can fit them in even with the stock summer mat below.

Actually now is too late to order. I heard that VW decided to stop making EGolf .
