Good to hear this confirmation, thanks for posting. It makes sense for VW to continue to offer the eGolf until there's a replacement available on the new platform. I confirmed with a dealer today that if I were to order an eGolf now, it would be a 2020 model.

So disappointing that the ID.3 is not bound for the USA or Canada. Does VW really think that everybody wants an SUV? I expect that the huge number of Golf and Jetta fans would love to move into an ID.3 at some point.
