no not an Egolf, i just realized this is a specific forum, my apologies

yesterday my 2014 golfs battery died, and i got jumped by a stranger in the parking lot. everything went fine, however, on my dashboard it says “Range 75 miles” with a small symbol next to it. is this something i should be worried about? do i need a new battery? what do i do?
