    2016 EGolf Problem Switching Modes

    We have 1300 mi on our 2016 SE and it has done this a hand full of times as well. I haven't noticed any dramatic decreases in range when this occurs, just seems the driving mode will not switch. I feel like pressing and holding the button may have helped somewhat.

    The Monroney sticker on our 2016 e-Golf SE states 3.7hour charge time as well; which is misleading at best. I have yet to be able to successfully use a Level 2 charger on the car and it is being looked at by the dealer as I type this.

    To be fair; the Monroney sticker on the 2016 e-Golf SE states charging in 3.7 hours as well. Seems like a big opps at the least or deceptive at worst.

    I believe my 2016 is having the same issue. However, I have yet to successfully get it to charge on L2 without an "electrical system failure" and with a L1 charger it almost always needs to be charging to make any departure time.
