2016 eGolf rear door lock problem

The driver and passenger locks work fine, however the rear doors do not lock.

Does the Body Control Module control the rear doors locks? or ECM?

The front driver module controls the rear driver door and the front passenger module controls the rear door.

Does the Front Drivers Module control the locks on the drivers door?
If yes, then the software is not setup correctly?

It could be software, could be hardware, could be wiring... To answer your question, yes the front driver door module controls the locks on the front driver door.

You need to provide more information on what's going on. Software doesn't change on its own, so what happened before both your rear doors stopped working? Scan the car and provide the results.
