How to make the car-net work?

Hi guys,
Car-net is not working and I don't know what to do about it. I registered the car on the VW app, but no results. What should I do? Please note the car is a used one, bought recently. Thanks!

Car-net has been turned off for many years in the USA

Try getting a Car Net subscription from VW's website.
