The funds just ran out. Currently only low-income gets it; the other 99% have to go on waitlist and hope the funds get replenished in the 2017-2018 budget. Just like last year :roll:
Of course if you're over the income limits ($150k individual / $300k joint) then it doesn't matter. May as well go with the lower duration so you can get something with higher range sooner and not have to pay registration fees for the 3rd year.
Zero cash down + $55/month is $1300 less than my deal, but a year later. Definitely not bad. I'd be curious what the sale price is.
