Recently I’ve come across the following aftermarket electronics packages.

Has anyone tried any of them and, if so:
1) how easily were they to install? Can I a weekend mechanic do it? Or is it more for a regular mechanic? Or???
2) now that you’ve lived with the: for awhile, are they worth it? Have they made your driving experience better and how so?
