can anyone assist us in how to solve this code, VW does not offer any type of support out side of Europe

How is this error impacting the car's driving behavior?

The car does not start, and if it does, it shuts down immediately; previously, we had a different error "EV Battery isolation sensor circuit." We had to change the main computer in the Engine Control Module, and once we did, all previous errors disappeared, and this is what we are experiencing now.
