Negotiated this offer for a Black SEL in the bay area.

Price: 29067
Total down (out the door): 3500
Rebate: 7500
Adj cap: 18067
Residual 0.36: 13068
Monthly incl taxes: 215.28

I had another dealer offer 28,800 cap cost, but I'm just using it in my discussions with dealer A. Thoughts? I feel like there may not be much more to squeeze at this point.

Are you sure that adjusted cap is correct? I think it's probably more like $2000 cap reduction with the other $1500 of your drive off going to acquisition fee, tax, license and first monthly. (That would still get you to about $215/mo with tax, by my calculations.)

That's way better than anything I've been offered by LA-area dealerships. I wonder if that $28.8 dealer would be willing to ship one down for me ;-)

Just leased an eGolf for my wife.

2015 White SEL with Beige Interior.

$36,265 MSRP
$0 down - I paid nothing to take the car home.
$250/Month for 36 months, this includes everything including acquisition fee, registration, doc fee etc.
7500mi/year (she does not need many miles and we did not want to pay for miles we likely will not use. We may just buy the car depending on what is out there in 3 years)
There are no taxes on electric cars in NJ so the payment will actually be $250/month.
Agreed Value of Vehicle $28,573
Gross Capitalized Cost $29,840
Adjusted Capital Cost $22,340
Residual value $13,418
Depreciation $8,922

$9K out of pocket over 3 years.

I just told them upfront my target was $9k over 3 years if they wanted to sell right away, anything else I will need to think about. Seemed to work as a negotiating tactic as they agreed pretty quickly.
