Battery swap egolf 2015 32kwh

I recently own an e-golf. I have a car repair shop and I'm thinking of looking for a 32kwh battery to put on my e-golf. Has anyone done this. If I take the whole battery, the bms module is inside it. I think it will only work with adapt the module. All other modules take soc information from bms.
