I have a new 2016 e-Golf SE. I paired the bluetooth between my iPhone 6 and the car.
The pairing process was fine. Phone and car is connected. But when I tried to call and answered the incoming call, there's no sound. I can't hear or can't talk (the other side didn't hear me either).
Anyone run into this issue? or any suggestion what may went wrong?

Thanks,

I had this issue several times with my iPhone 5, but it goes away at the next call. Not sure what is the right sequence to consistently demonstrate the problem.

I've noticed the infotainment system sometimes goes to zero volume when switching between sources. Maybe the phone is activating at zero volume? If you hit volume up during a call, do you see the thin bar in the info screen between the two dials in the dash?
I haven't experienced this with the phone, so it's just a guess but I've definitely seen it going to bluetooth audio.
