Hi, I am new to the forum but I had an issue (now solved) with my 2019 (30k) eGolf.
The car interior fan would keep running ( for several hours if left) after the ignition was turned off and the car locked. Also the interior fan would stop whilst driving and start again whilst braking (during regen).
I first tried the fan resistor pack - no joy. Then took it to the main dealer (City Gate- High Wycombe).
After a couple of days they said the Car had 12v issues. They swapped out the 12v battery and all is well again.
It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment at the main dealer, however once in there they fixed it quite quickly so I would recommend them. I did look closely at the old battery the electrolyte window was in the black and a meter said 12.7v so I guess it was failing under load only. There was not an error message on the dash board.
