Wireless apple carplay adapter

BMW has wireless carplay for couple years already. I am wondering if I can get a wireless apple carplay adapter somewhere. I found several options on amazon, such as https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07MZSL84F/ref=dp_cerb_1
But I am not sure which one will work for 2019 e-golf.
Has anyone been able to setup wireless carplay on e-golf? Which carplay adapter did u buy? Thanks.

Currently not possible, there was a product I was going to try but turns out it doesn’t work
