VW Credit Hold music/instructions is terrible

I'm on hold with VW Credit right now and for the last 15 minutes I'm listening to a guy tell me to go online to vwcredit.com and click on [Account Adviser] for about 6 different issues that I may have while waiting on hold.

The problem? There is no Account Adviser button.

That's funny. You call them about an issue, and then encounter another issue while on hold. Like you said, typical VW.
